Admin – everything: teams, all users, all quotations and activity, approvals and the archive.
Team Leader (Sub Admin) – adds, changes and deletes the super users and sub-users of his own team, sends them reset links, sees his team's quotations and activity, approves his team's change requests and restores his team's archived quotations and drafts. Anything he deletes goes to admin's archive.
Super user – makes quotations, sees his team's quotations and activity (not admin's or the team leader's); changes to other users' quotations go for approval.
Sub-user – makes and changes only their own quotations; sees only their own.
Preview – view only (same view as a super user); can print and email-preview but can't save.
